HOW TO COOK UNO DUE TRE – FRESH PASTA PRODUCTS
While cooking fresh italian pasta products (ravioli, tortellini, fettuccine, etc)

1. For 300 gr of pasta, boil 1-1,5 Litre of water.
2. As water starts boiling, add one teaspoonful of salt.
3. Poor UnoDueTre fresh pasta product into the boiling water.
4. Boil 4 minutes for al dente, 5-6 minutes if you prefer well-cooked.
5. Take pasta out of the boiling water.
6. Serve with
       a.olive oil or
       b.melted butter or
       c.your preferred sauce

Adding some parmiggiano or your favourite cheese on top is also recommended.

In general, cream based sauces are recommended for Pasta filled with cheese or spinach , while tomato based sauces are recommended for Pasta with meat filling.
